Session purpose: Understanding what Customer Success is and how to truly put the customer at the center of your business.

Session outline: This session will be dedicated to retaining that customer once you’ve closed the deal. You’ll build an understand of what customer success truly is, how it differs from traditional account management, how to incorporate it into your business, and how to measure the success of your efforts.

Session outcomes: A clear vision of how to implement customer success in your organization so that you can retain and grow your customer base and avoid that dreaded churn.

Hannah is the founder of Godfrey Group, a specialist advisory that helps high growth businesses scale effectively. The group advises on business development, sales & marketing strategy, international expansion, fundraising and scaling culture.

In 2010 Hannah joined Brighton based social media monitoring start-up, Brandwatch. A couple of years later, with £32m funding secured for the business, she was sent to New York to open their US operations. Once the business was established in NYC, she then relocated to San Francisco to open their West Coast business. Five years on she had helped the company grow from 15-500 people and become a multi-million dollar business.

Before devoting her work fulltime to Godfrey Group, Hannah was heading up Customer Growth for fast growing video intelligence business, Tubular Labs, in Mountain View, CA. Working with clients including Google, Facebook, Twitter, Samsung, Twitch, Microsoft & Amazon, her team focused on improving these tech giants’ online video strategies.

Hannah is part of Create Jobs ‘meet a mentor’ program which helps 18-26 year olds connect with employment in the creative digital industry.

In addition to helping companies scale, Hannah loves to travel and since living in Brazil and trying surfing for the first time she now escapes to the beach to surf whenever she gets the chance.
